Greetings friends! I am excited to be hosting a pop-up IN PERSON Class in May and would love for you to join me!!

WHAT TO BRING

Please bring a yoga mat (no mats will be provided) and 2 firm blankets/towels. Blocks will be provided or feel free to bring your own.

PRECAUTIONS

All practitioners must be vaccinated. Proof of vaccination will be required at the door.

Masks will be optional during practice

A Covid test is highly recommended prior to coming to class.

Class limited to 12 people

COST

The cost per class is $25

To sign up for class please email me at frank@frankwildermannyoga.com with the date of which class you would like to join. Once I email you back with confirmation, a Venmo/PayPal of $25 will secure your spot.
