Flow & Restore: In Person Yoga Class with Frank in Bklyn

Greetings friends! I am excited to be hosting a pop-up IN PERSON Class in January and would love for you to join me!!

310 Atlantic Ave (btwn Smith & Hoyt) - 2nd Floor

Brooklyn NY

Please bring a yoga mat (no mats will be provided) and 2 firm blankets/towels. Blocks will be provided or feel free to bring your own.

All practitioners must be vaccinated. Proof of vaccination will be required at the door.

Masks will be optional during practice

A Covid test is highly recommended prior to coming to class.

Class limited to 12 people

The cost per class is $25
